1. Who we are

GlassCase ("we", "us", "our") is operated by GlassCase LLC, a limited liability company. Contact us at support@glasscase.net.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GlassCase iPhone app (the "App"), or by visiting glasscase.net (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Site.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GlassCase LLC. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use GlassCase. The App is intended for use by trading-card vendors and is not designed for or directed at children.

4. Your account

GlassCase uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding the Apple Account you use to sign in. You agree to notify us immediately at support@glasscase.net of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and payments

GlassCase offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Pro subscription pricing is displayed in the App and on our Site at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID via the App Store under Apple's standard subscription terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
• We may change subscription pricing on a forward-looking basis. We will give you advance notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

6. Your data

You own your data. The inventory, transactions, and other business data you enter into GlassCase belong to you. We store your data on our servers solely to provide the service to you.

GlassCase may in the future introduce an optional, opt-in feature that contributes anonymized, de-identified sales data (such as card name, set, condition, and sale price — never your identity, your costs, or your customer information) to an aggregate market-insights dataset. This feature is not active in the current version of the App. If and when we introduce it, participation will be opt-in, you will be able to turn it off at any time in the App's settings, and we will update our Privacy Policy to describe it before any such data is collected.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use GlassCase for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on our servers (including automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive API requests)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Use the App to sell counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented goods
• Submit false information or impersonate another person or business

8. Pricing data and market insights

GlassCase displays card pricing data sourced from third-party providers (currently Scrydex). This pricing data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or current relevance, and we are not liable for business decisions you make based on it. You are solely responsible for the prices at which you list, sell, or trade your inventory. Any community-derived market insights we may offer in the future will be subject to this same disclaimer.

9. Intellectual property

The GlassCase App, the Site, the "GlassCase" name and logo, and all associated software, design, text, and graphics are owned by GlassCase LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

Card images, set names, and other Pokémon-related trademarks are the property of their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures, Inc.). GlassCase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

10. Service availability

We do our best to keep GlassCase running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control. The App is designed to work fully offline so your point-of-sale workflow is not blocked by network or server issues.

11. Disclaimers

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data, including pricing data, will be accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassCase LLC, its members, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of GlassCase, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to GlassCase will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlassCase LLC, its members, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using GlassCase and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of GlassCase after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of GlassCase will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and GlassCase LLC, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's terms govern with respect to your use of the App. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
