1. Who we are

glasscase.net (the "Site") is operated by GlassCase LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Indiana, USA. Contact us at support@glasscase.net.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting glasscase.net, submitting our signup form, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and GlassCase LLC. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Scope of these terms

These Terms cover the Site only. The GlassCase iPhone app is currently in development and is not yet available to the public. When the app becomes available, separate end-user terms will apply to it; you will need to accept those terms when you install or use the app.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to submit our signup form or send us correspondence.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its underlying infrastructure (including automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or excessive form submissions)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our backend systems
• Submit signup-form entries you know to be false, including impersonating another person or business or using disposable email addresses to inflate our list
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to copy the Site's design, code, or content for use in a competing product
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications to GlassCase or our customers

6. Signup form

The Site provides a form where you can submit your email address to be notified when GlassCase becomes available. By submitting the form, you consent to receive an email when the app launches. If you also check the optional opt-in box, you consent to receive occasional product news and show-floor pricing insights. You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing support@glasscase.net.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, the "GlassCase" name and logo, and all associated software, design, text, screenshots, and graphics are owned by GlassCase LLC and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the Site for personal, informational use, subject to these Terms.

Pokémon and related trademarks, character names, and game-related imagery are the property of their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures, Inc.). GlassCase is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

8. Site availability

We do our best to keep the Site online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a guarantee, representation, or warranty about any future product, feature, price, or release date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlassCase LLC, its members, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GlassCase LLC, its members, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
